1  Sample: How could I get a sample?
We have to charge your fee for samples and their express delivery cost,then send samples to you.

2  OEM or Custom Order: Could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?     
Of course you can.Welcome to do OEM or Custom Order.What you need to do is to send us the Drawing of your prducts.
We will submit sample to you for your approval.

3  Price: Could I get your price list?
Yes,please tell us the products (with their model number),quantity you are interested in,then we will offer the price by e-mail.

4  MOQ: What’s the Min Order Quantity?
Due to the products, feel free to contact us,we’ll try our best to meet our client’s requirements.

5  Payment Terms: How we arrange the payment?
West Union : Sample less than 10pcs,it is applicable.
T/T: Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 30% as deposit,Balance before the shipment.
L/C At Sight: Letter of Credit. (It is applicable if your order amount is equal to or more than US$20,000)

6  Shipment: What kind of shipment will you use?
The transportation way depends on client’s choice. (Express/Airfreight/Sea freight/Rail transport……)
We usually ship the products by boat via our shipping agent,we can ship the products to any destination port of the world.

7  Lead Time: How soon we can get the shipment?  
We will arrange production since the order and payment be confirmed.So all products are brand-new produced.
We will take 20 – 25 days to arrange production, book shipping will take less than 7 days. Delivery time depends on the destination port.

8  Placing order: How to place an order?
Email order details to Sales Department including items model number, quantity, destination port (we need it to calculate the shipping cost), selling countries, consignee’s contact information including detail address and phone fax number and email address, notify party,etc.

9  Complaint: How do you dealing with complaint from clients?
Thanks for your complaint,we’ll try our effort to improve it.With your kindly support,we can go much further.

10 Compensation: How can I get the Compensation if some of the goods are damaged?
We usually need you to fill in a compensattion sheet,including some photos to prove the goods are not damaged on purpose.
If possible,please kindly send some pcs back for us to check.We’ll responsible for the damage.
We’ll send you the free replacement in next shipment or deduct it from next order amount.
